Lena was born Jin Beaver Falls, a daughter of the late Peter and Rose Bellora D’Ambros. Megan provides therapy services at Carthage Behavioral Health.BEAVER FALLS - Lena Louise Stephens, 100, of Pine Tree Lane, Beaver Falls, passed away on Saturday, at Albany Medical Center. She’s originally a Lowville native and currently lives in Beaver Falls, NY with her boyfriend and their adopted Persian cat, Perrywinkle. In the summertime, she likes spending days with her family at camp, floating in the lake, tubing and spending time on the boat. In her spare time, Megan enjoys traveling, watching Netflix and crafting. Prior to her work at Carthage Area Hospital, she provided mental health therapy for co-occurring disorders. Megan completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the State University at Plattsburgh in 2017 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Nazareth College in 2021. Jackie provides therapy services to students enrolled at the LaFargeveille School Based Health Clinic. She lives with her wife Amanda and their 3 dogs and 3 cats. Jackie enjoys reading, hiking, spending time with my friends, and exploring the area. Originally from Jacksonville, FL, Jackie currently resides in LaFargeville, NY. Jackie received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminology and Psychology from Florida State University in 2015 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida State University in 2017. Rick provides therapy services at Carthage Behavioral Health. He enjoys watching football & baseball and video gaming. He resides in Watertown with his girlfriend Taylour, two children, Connor & Ryanne, and two Labrador Retrievers, Orton & Rousey. Originally from Watertown, NY, Rick recently received his Master’s Degree in Social Work from Nazareth College in 2021. Stephanie provides therapy services to students enrolled at the Carthage Middle School Based Health Clinic. Stephanie lives with her husband Edward, 7 children and 3 Golden Retrievers. She enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, hunting, spending time with my family and going on road trips. She originally hails from Adams, NY and currently lives in Adams Center, NY. Stephanie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Troy University in 2019 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Nazareth College in 2021. It is a pleasure to welcome them to Carthage Area Hospital,” said Jerian O’Dell, Director of Outpatient Clinics.
